Our massage is made up of a Lomi Lomi Hawaiian style base, incorporated  with Hot Stones, Heated Oil Therapy, TheraGun, Deep Stretching and a  Steam Towel Skin Sanitation. During Our On Table Massage session we will  use Heated Oils , Deep Hydrating Lotions, and natural Homeopathic  essential oils. Our session is a great additive to your gym regimen or a  great one time way to assist in easing the muscular pain through  relaxation and heat therapy.
